Every property you add gets its own Property Hub with five areas.
- Summary: the property at a glance, what is missing and your next step. It is a status view, not a score.
- Finances: your inputs and assumptions next to the figures worked out from them, with the working shown.
- Location: the map, places nearby and Census figures for the area. Check planning and hazards for the address with the official sources.
- Documents: a checklist of the reports and checks you have done with your professionals. Nothing is uploaded or read.
- Offer: your working offer and what you need to prepare.
You can open any area at any time, and every figure shows where it came from.
The next step
Summary shows one next step, or tells you when nothing is outstanding. It points to useful work that is still open, such as confirming the price or getting a building report. It never tells you to buy, sell or make an offer.
Checks and progress
Each area lists the checks that apply to the property. Ticking one records that you did the work. You can skip a check with a reason, and it stays on your list. Progress counts the checks you have answered, whether you completed them, skipped them or marked them as not applying, so it measures your work, not the property.
