All calculations still run normally, but keep in mind: stamp duty will be approximate, cash flow projections use the estimated price, and loan repayment calculations are indicative only.
- Open the Property Workspace
- Click on the Purchase Price field in Financial Vitals
- Enter the actual or expected price
- All calculations instantly recalculate
Confirming the price
While you are using the ABS suburb median, the purchase price shows as Est.
Once you enter the actual price it shows as Confirmed, and the price check
is marked done.
You can run the full analysis either way β confirming the price does not unlock
anything, it just means the figures are built on the real number.
